How do I care for my California Kisses Activewear?
It’s always best to either machine wash delicate or hand wash cool, remove promptly and hang to dry. Our team recommends using light detergent and hand washing to increase the lifespan of the garments. Please do not use fabric softener!
What is the fabric content?
All fabrics consist of variations of nylon poly spandex blends. All tops are lined to ensure a great fit and no transparency. Bottoms are not lined. Some leotards have shelf bras to provide extra support. Please read the descriptions of each garment on the shopping page to learn about its unique features!
Returns
What is your return policy?
While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date for US orders.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition - not worn, washed or damaged - and must have all tags attached and returned in original packaging.

Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and prepaid shipping label via email.

What items are non-refundable?
Items purchased past the 14 day return policy.
Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Items purchased using 10% discount code or above.
Sales and clearance items.
Original shipping and handling fees.
Please try on your new active wear over undergarments.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is California Kisses discretion to determine if the returned item has been soiled. If an item is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. California Kisses cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled items.
What if my item is damaged?
California Kisses guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 14 days from the date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. California Kisses clothing experiences normal “wear and tear” over time.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost! We will take care of you!
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the returns department, you’ll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to fully processed.
Is there a restocking fee?
There is a $75 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00.
Can I return an international order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
What is an instant refund?
While we’re waiting for your to send back your item, you’ll receive an instant refund. The instant refund will allow you to purchase a different size, color or style on californiakisses.com. This refund is for the amount of the item(s) you selected to return through the Returnly App and can only be used on californiakisses.com
To use the instant refund, you can easily copy the code, and simply enter the code during checkout. Purchases exceeding the instant refund amount are paid for with normal checkout methods. If you decided to not use your instant refund, you are refunded as normal when the return is received back at our warehouse. Your instant refund voucher is automatically cancelled as soon as you are refund.
If I use an instant refund, how will I be refunded?
If you decide to use your instant refund, and your original order is past 60 days then you will be refunded back to a gift card. If your original order is within the 60 days, then you will be refunded to your original payment method.
How do I exchange my purchase?
Items purchased through California Kisses are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Questions & Concerns
What to do if my package was stolen?
We recommend that you contact your local authorities as soon as possible. California Kisses does not take responsibility for stolen packages.
