What is the policy for sale items?
All sale items and discounted items are final sale. Quantities are limited and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. If you have a question about the sizing of a sale suit, please call customer service at 888-409-1907 or see our Size Chart here. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.
Items marked as Final Sale, or purchased at a discount of 30% or more off are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

CaliforniaKisses.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure.
Do you charge tax?
We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any orders being shipped to a California address.
For international orders, duties and taxes are not included at the price at checkout. California Kisses cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs.
How do I use a promo code or merchandise credit?
At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. California Kisses promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.
What if my item is damaged?
California Kisses guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. California Kisses clothing experiences normal "wear and tear" over time.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.
