While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date for US orders. Sale items and items purchased using a 30% discount code or above, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Please try on garments over underwear.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at California Kisses discretion to determine if the returned item has been soiled. If an item is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. California Kisses cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.
Sales Items All sale items and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.
Original Shipping and Handling Fees Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be not refundable.
International Orders Currently, we do not accept returns for international orders.
We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return your full priced items for a refund, and place a new order for desired items.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label sent to you via email.
Step 3
Write your return number on the outside of your package. We cannot accept packages without a visible return number.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return.
Step 4
Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete. Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.
There is a $75 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00
